When booking us for an event, we require you to put down a deposit of $50. The cooling-off period is 10 days.

ur policy lasts 10 days from the date of us receiving a written copy of the agreement. If more than 10 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund for your deposit. You can cancel the service agreement anytime by writing a cancellation letter to the business. Any agreements you made with the purchase, such as financing plans, will also be cancelled. You may cancel the service agreement after the cooling-off period, however, the deposit will be forfeited.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (written contract).

Processing of Refunds
Once your request for a refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow the steps in the order below:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
